The entire Fort Bend Storm family send their thoughts and prayers for Artis Thompson, #44.

Last night (Feb. 21st) Artis was involved in a motorcycle accident and sustained severe injuries. We ask that everybody keep Artis in their prayers while he begins his journey to recovery. Anyone who has spent more than 30 seconds with Artis knows that nothing is going to slow him down - and we all look forward to seeing what Artis will do with his new found outlook on life!

Artis is entering in to his 5th year as a Fort Bend Storm player. Playing at 5'7", and 185 lbs, he is one of the most exciting Defensive Ends to watch play: his speed and tenacity can beat any offensive lineman, as is proven by the fact that he has the team record for most sacks in a game, most sacks in a season, and most sacks in a career. 
The team is currently in the process of securing "44" stickers to be put on the back of the players helmets, and they will be handed out on the game on Saturday.
